Workouts
Review, edit or delete past workouts
Your history is one tap away, and everything in it can be corrected.
Open Exercise History
Open Workouts (the bottom bar) and choose Exercise History, next to Log Workout at the top. The Workout Calendar shows a month at a time; pick another month from the list above it. Green dates are days with logged workouts. Tap a green date to open that day's most recent session summary.
Read a session
Under the calendar, each row is a session with its date and a Session Review: how many exercises, the session length and the strength volume. Tap the arrow at the start of a row to open it and see each exercise, then tap an exercise to see its details and actions. The totals are the same Session time and Total volume you see on the day's page in Log Workout.
Edit an exercise
In an exercise's details, tap Edit. The entry form opens with your sets filled in, the Failure and Belt marks, the rest bar and Notes. Change what you need and tap the Update button at the bottom (it reads, for example, Update Strength Exercise). On Log Workout, every exercise in the day's session also has Edit and Delete buttons, so you can fix today's work without leaving the page.
Copy a workout
Tap Copy in an exercise's details to make a copy of it, for repeating a lift without typing it again. You will see Workout copied, and the copy appears in your history.
Delete an exercise
Tap Delete and confirm. A deleted exercise is gone for good: the prompt reads Delete this workout? This cannot be undone. Its sets stop counting in your totals, charts and personal bests. If you only need to change a number, use Edit instead.
Common questions
Can I comment on a workout from History?
No. Comments are posted from the Feed only. History is for reviewing, editing, copying and deleting your own exercises.
Can I get a deleted exercise back?
No. The delete prompt says it cannot be undone. If you only need to change a number, edit the exercise instead.
Where is a day with no green mark?
A day is green when something was logged on it. If you logged late, check the exercise's start time: it sits on the date you gave it, not the day you saved it.
