Workout history: one training day, one list.

Every exercise you logged for a session sits in a single editable list. Fix a typo, copy the whole session forward to next week, or delete something you logged by mistake — all without digging through a calendar.

Today's session in the Log on a phone: 40 minutes and 8,580 lb of total volume, with Barbell Row, Bench Press and Back Squat listed with PR tags, and the session's active calories added to the day's nutrition budget.
01

Everything from one day, together

Every exercise logged in a session shows in order, with set count and top weight, so you can scan a whole day's training at a glance.

02

Edit without starting over

Fix a weight you mistyped or add a set you forgot, directly from the session list.

03

Copy a session forward

Repeating a program? Copy last week's session into today rather than re-entering every exercise.

Session time and total volume, side by side

Each training day shows how long the session ran and its total volume, so a long day and a heavy day are easy to tell apart. Every strength set also updates your estimated one-rep max, the same number the one rep max calculator gives you.

Save the whole day as a routine

A routine is the whole day in order: lifts, cardio and WODs. Start a session from it next time and every entry is queued, ready to log. Notes and photos stay with the session, private until you choose to share it.

Workout history questions.

Can I copy last week’s workout?

Yes. Copy a session forward into today instead of entering every exercise again, then change whatever you need. A day you repeat often can also be saved as a routine.

What does total volume mean?

Total volume is weight times reps, added up across the strength sets in the session, in your own unit. It is shown beside the session time, so you can compare one training day with another.

Are my sessions public?

No. Workouts are private until you share them to the activity feed, and you can hide a shared session again at any time.

Your next session is already easier.

Log it once, then edit or repeat it whenever you need to.
