Profile and account
Edit your details, baseline and password
The details the app uses to estimate for you, and the lock on your account.
Open Account Management
Tap your photo (top-right) → Account Management. Each row shows your current choice with an Edit button. The three on this page are Account details and Initial body measurements under Profile & goals, and Change password under Security & access. You can also search for a setting in Find a setting….
Account details
Here you set your profile photo (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB), Name, Email address, Birthday and Gender (Prefer not to say, Male or Female), and write Your fitness goals in your own words. Your birthday confirms you are 18 or over for features that need it, such as nutrition targets and Peptides, and with your gender it makes cardio calorie estimates more accurate. Tap Save account details. If your profile is incomplete, an amber dot points to what is missing.
Initial body measurements
Your baseline is your starting point, separate from the check-ins you add later. Choose a date, then enter your height, weight, waist, neck, hips and thighs. Estimated body fat %, BMI and BMR update as you enter measurements; they are fitness estimates, not medical measurements. You can add front, side and back photos too, then tap Save initial measurements.
Change your password
Open Change password → Edit, enter your Current password, then your New password twice, and tap Change password & sign out. Changing it signs you out of every device, so sign in again with the new one. Forgot it? Tap Forgot password? Email a reset link in the same sheet.
Common questions
Why does a new password sign me out everywhere?
So that anyone who had your old password loses access. Sign in again on each device with the new password.
Does my baseline change my later check-ins?
No. The baseline is a starting point kept apart from your check-ins. Add check-ins from Body; see Track body check-ins.
Is the body fat percentage a medical measurement?
No. It is an estimate worked out from your measurements, for fitness tracking only.
