Workout tracking, on your phone.
Follow a fictional member through a sample routine in the real mobile web app. Record strength sets, use the rest timer, add a note and save a cardio entry with minutes, seconds and distance. Then review the session, open a workout from the calendar and explore strength and cardio progress charts. Short chapter slides explain each area before it is shown.
