One fitness tracker for four areas
One Fitness Hub keeps lifting, WODs, nutrition and body check-ins on one account, on Android and in any mobile or desktop browser. Each area feeds the others where it should: a logged workout can add its active calories to the day's nutrition budget, your latest weigh-in is the starting point for calorie targets, and your sets build the estimated maxes behind the leaderboards. A WOD never changes an estimated max or a 1000+ total.
Targets, body fat and estimated maxes are fitness estimates, and nutrition targets are for adults 18 and over. Your food log is private, and workouts and check-ins stay private until you share them.
