Four boards. Pick the one that matches what you are actually training for.

Rankings are built from your own logged sessions and check-ins. Lift boards rank each lift on its own. The Challenge boards, a separate set, count plain totals you can work out yourself and can be viewed inside your club, among friends or across every member. The other two rank on something other than raw load, so how much you lift today does not decide whether competing is worth your time. The boards are opt-in: you appear only after you choose to join them, and you can leave at any time.

Exercise History on a phone: an October workout calendar with every training day marked, above session summaries with length, strength volume and the lifts done.
Every board draws from the same place: the sessions you already logged.

Strength is relative. The boards are built that way.

A 1000 lb raw total is a well-known milestone, and on its own it is a board that favours bigger lifters. That is why it is one of four rather than the whole product. Pound-for-pound and percentage-based ranking is how the sport compares people who are not the same size, and it is how most of what you see here is scored.

×1

Bodyweight squat

A first real strength marker, and it means the same thing at 58 kg as it does at 100 kg.

×2

Double-bodyweight deadlift

Widely treated as the point where a lifter has moved past novice numbers, whatever they weigh.

lb

Pounds lost

The Biggest Loser board ranks the pounds of body weight you lost over 30 or 365 days, from your first weigh-in in the window to your latest.

1K

The 1000+ total

Squat, bench and deadlift combined, reviewed against published video standards before listing.

Ratio markers above are common training reference points, not qualification thresholds. The only board with a fixed entry requirement is the 1000+ total.

What each board ranks.

01
Lift boards

One lift at a time

Pick a movement and see where your best sits — in your club, among friends or across everyone. Squat, bench, deadlift or any accessory lift in the library. Useful long before a full competition total means anything to you.

02
Challenge boards

Five plain totals, in your club or across everyone

Total lifting volume (weight times reps), minutes of cardio, days you logged food, days you logged a weigh-in, and percentage of bodyweight lost. View each over a rolling 30 days or all time, and switch between your club’s board, your friends and everyone. The food and weigh-in boards count days only — never what you ate or what you weigh. The board you are most likely to appear on in your first month.

03
1000+ total

The milestone, verified

Squat, bench and deadlift combined at 1000 lb or more, reviewed against published form, equipment and video standards before a total is listed. Read the standards.

04
Biggest Loser

Biggest Loser ranks pounds

Ranked by pounds of body weight lost over the last 30 or 365 days, measured from your weigh-in at the start of the window to your latest. One board, one number. How the scoring works.

How a rank actually moves.

Rank changes are not mysterious. Every position traces back to a specific entry you made, and the feed shows the training behind it.

You log something that qualifies

A lift submission or a body check-in lands in your history.

The board formula runs

Each board applies its own calculation to that data rather than a single shared score.

Sorting and tie-breakers

Positions are sorted, then ties resolved on markers such as earlier qualification or check-in consistency.

Standings update

The new position shows in-app, with the underlying activity visible in the feed for context.

Rank movement is traceable: the feed shows the sessions behind it.

Your first row on a board is one session away.
