Leaderboards and badges
Earn badges and see your next one
Each exercise has a ladder of six badges, and every rung is one lift away.
Open Badges
Tap your photo (top-right) → Badges. On a computer, open My Profile and choose the Badges tab. It has two parts: My Badges and Badge Explorer. My Badges shows how many you have earned and lists them by tier with the date, highest first. Besides the exercise badges you also earn a few for getting started and for your body progress, such as Getting Started.
The six tiers
Every exercise in the library has the same ladder: Wood, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Master. The goal for each rung depends on the exercise. For a weighted lift it is an estimated one-rep max in your unit (for example Hit 135 lb e1RM); for a bodyweight or band exercise it is a number of reps; for timed exercises such as battle ropes it is minutes. Your e1RM is worked out from your sets, so you do not need to test a single.
See what is next
Badge Explorer lists every exercise with its six badges and what each asks for. The badge you can earn next is marked Next, and later ones say Locked. At the top it counts how many of all the badges you have earned. Scroll to your lifts to plan a goal.
Your next badge while you lift
While you log a set, the stats card on the exercise shows a ring toward the next badge; tap it to open the achievements list. See Log exercises.
Who sees your badges
Friends see the badges you have earned on Your Friends, and a shared post on the feed says how many badges that member has earned. Private workouts still count toward your badges: sharing changes who sees a post, not what you earn.
Common questions
Why did I earn several badges at once?
A new badge ladder awards the rungs your earlier lifts already reached, the next time you open the app or save.
Do exercises I create have badges?
No. Badges are built for the library's exercises, so an exercise you create has no ladder. See Create your own exercise.
Do I have to share a workout to earn a badge?
No. Private workouts count. Sharing only decides who can see the post.
Where is the Founding Member badge?
It is separate and shows on your profile. See Founding Member badge.
