Body measurements, more than a number on a scale.
Weight, waist, neck, hips and thighs, logged together in one check-in. An estimated body fat percentage updates as you type, every check-in lands on a calendar and a trend line, and progress photos let you put any two days side by side.
Put any two check-ins side by side.
See the dedicated progress photo comparison page for matching angles, consistent photos and common questions.
The mirror changes too slowly to notice day to day. Compare Mode lines up two check-ins, the same angle next to each other, each labelled with its check-in date.
Open your check-in history
In Check-ins, tap History, then a marked day on the calendar or a row in the table.
Tap Add to compare
It's under the check-in's numbers, beside its photos. Do the same on a second check-in, an old one against today's. In the phone app, tick two check-ins in History and tap Compare selected.
Flip through the angles
Compare shows front against front, then side and back: the arrows step through them on the web, and the Front, Side and Back picker does it in the phone app. In a check-in's details, tap any photo to see it full screen.
Read the dates above each photo
Each side is labelled with its check-in date. On the web, that check-in's weight and estimated body fat sit underneath, so what you see and what you measured line up.

Your weight and body fat, as trend lines.
Every check-in adds a point. My Profile draws your weight and your estimated body fat percentage across every check-in you've logged, and Nutrition smooths your weigh-ins into a trend weight that looks past day-to-day water swings.
Weight over time
A Weight Trend chart of every check-in in My Profile, with your latest weight and how far it has moved.
Body fat % over time
An estimated body fat percentage from your measurements at every check-in, charted as its own trend line.
Trend weight
In Nutrition's History, weigh-ins smoothed over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months beside your plan, for direction rather than day-to-day noise.
Five measurements, one check-in
Weight, waist, neck, hips and thighs in one form, in lb and inches or kg and centimetres. Skip any you don't track.
A calendar of every check-in
Each check-in marks its day, and a photo marks it again, so the ones worth comparing are easy to find.
Private until you share
Check-ins and photos stay on your profile. Share one to the feed when you choose, and take it back any time.

Your first check-in takes about a minute.
