Workouts
Browse and compare exercises
A library of exercise guides, inside the app and on the website.
Open the library
On a phone, tap your photo (top-right) and choose Workout Explorer in the account menu; on a computer it is in the same menu. It opens inside the app, and Close brings you back. On the website, open Menu → Learn → Workout Explorer. Choosing Learn on an exercise in the middle of a workout opens that exercise's guide and keeps your unsaved sets (see Find help in the app).
Find an exercise
Type in the search box, filter by muscle or equipment, or choose an area card (such as free weights, cable or bodyweight) to browse by group. On a phone, the Exercises button at the top opens the topic list: barbells, dumbbells, cables, bodyweight, machines, bands, cardio, mobility and more. Every exercise you can log in One Fitness Hub has a guide.
Read a guide
A guide opens as a page you read from the top. It shows the movement, the muscles it works and the equipment, numbered steps, form cues, common mistakes, demonstration videos and related exercises. On a phone, the Exercises and On this page buttons jump between guides and sections, and the browser's Back button returns you to where you were.
Compare two exercises
Open Compare. It has two selectors visible together; each has its own search across every guide. Choose an exercise on each side to see them next to each other, and replace either side at any time. Tapping Compare this exercise in a guide fills the first selector for you. The same exercise cannot be chosen twice.
Read it in Spanish
Choose Español in the language picker of the Explorer to read the guides in Spanish. On the website, every guide also has its own page in English and Spanish.
Pages by muscle and equipment
The website also groups the guides: lat exercises, chest exercises, gym machine exercises, dumbbell exercises and more, each listing every guide for it by movement pattern with its level and supporting muscles.
Common questions
Will opening a guide change my workout?
No. The library is read-only. It never saves, edits or deletes anything in your log.
Why does an exercise not have a picture?
Some exercises do not have artwork yet. The written steps, cues and mistakes are there for every guide.
Where do the videos come from?
The guides link professional demonstrations that play in the guide. If a video cannot load, the guide shows a message and a link to open it on YouTube.
