Open App preferences

Tap your photo (top-right) → Account Management. Under Preferences, the App preferences row summarises your choices (for example Dark · English (US) · lb / in / mi). Tap Edit, change what you want and tap Save preferences. Cancel closes the editor without saving.

Account Management on a phone, with the App preferences row, summing up Dark, English (US) and lb / in / mi, and its Edit button outlined.
Edit (outlined) on the App preferences row opens the choices.

Language

Language is English (US) or Spanish. The app's menus, labels and messages switch to Spanish on the website and in the phone app. The Workout Explorer guides can also be read in Spanish (see Browse and compare exercises).

Theme

Choose Club default, Dark, Black Blue, Black Red or Light. Club default follows the colours of your club when you belong to one, and is Dark when you do not. Your own choice always wins over the club's. The public website, including this Help Center, has its own Light and Dark switch in the top bar, separate from the app.

Units

Four choices set how numbers are entered and shown: Weight (lb or kg), Length (in or cm), Distance (mi or km) and Energy (kcal or kJ). Everything you have logged is kept; the app shows it in the units you choose.

Peptides and leaderboards

The same editor holds two switches: Peptides (Show or Hide; see Track shots and peptides) and Leaderboards (Show me or Don't show me; see Compare performance on Leaderboards).

Common questions

The app is in the wrong language

Open Account Management → Preferences → Edit, set Language and tap Save preferences.

Where is dark mode?

Set Theme to Dark. The website's Light and Dark switch only changes the public pages, not the app.

Will changing units change my old entries?

No. Your history is kept, and the app shows it in the units you choose.
