One Fitness Hub

One log for lifting, food and your body.

Most people who want to get leaner and stronger end up with two apps: one for the gym and one for food. Here is how One Fitness Hub compares with MyFitnessPal, MacroFactor, MacroFactor Workouts, Hevy, Strong and Lose It!, feature by feature. Where a brand splits a feature into a separate app, that app gets its own column. Coaches can see Coach Mode beside Everfit, Hevy Coach and Trainerize in the coaching app comparison.

Today's session in the Log on a phone: 40 minutes and 8,580 lb of total volume, with Barbell Row, Bench Press and Back Squat listed with PR tags, and the session's active calories added to the day's nutrition budget.

Feature by feature

A full ball means the app covers the feature fully; an empty one means it doesn't have it. Tap or hover any ball to see why it scored that way.

Scores come from each app's public store listings, help pages and published updates, checked on October 21, 2026. Apps change often; if something here is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it. On a phone, the board scrolls sideways.

What the board shows

One app, not two

MacroFactor keeps food in one app and lifting in MacroFactor Workouts, a separate download. Hevy and Strong log lifts but not food; MyFitnessPal and Lose It! log food but not real sets. One Fitness Hub keeps sets, food, weigh-ins and photos on one account.

Your training sets your food

Every workout and WOD you log adds its calories to that day's budget, beside your e1RM and your trend weight. Targets are fitness estimates for adults 18 and over, not medical or dietary advice.

Where others lead

There is no iPhone app yet, so on iPhone and iPad One Fitness Hub runs in the browser. It doesn't sync with Apple Health, Health Connect or watches yet, and a meal photo is logged through ChatGPT rather than in the app. The board shows all three.

Log a set and a meal in the same place.

Start with today's workout. Its calories are already in your food budget when you open Nutrition.
