Open My Performance
My Performance is the lens for your training, nutrition and weight over time. On a phone, tap your photo (top-right) and choose My Performance below the line in the account menu; on a computer it is at the foot of the sidebar. Its areas are Overview, Workouts, Nutrition and Weight. Open Workouts for the charts on this page, with Strength and Cardio to switch between.
Strength: the Big 3
The Big 3 Dashboard draws your estimated one-rep max over time for the bench press, back squat and deadlift, one line for each you have logged. A line that climbs means you are lifting more, or the same weight for more reps; see e1RM for how it is estimated.
Strength: weekly metrics
The Strength Dashboard shows three measures week by week: Volume (sets × reps × weight, in your unit), Best e1RM and Session Days. Volume and best e1RM together tell you whether a heavier week came from more work or stronger sets. Below them are your Exercise History KPIs, explained in Read your Exercise History KPIs.
Cardio
The Cardio view totals your cardio exercises, Total distance and Total time, with your Best pace, Avg speed and Avg / week. The Weekly Cardio Distance chart below shows each week.
Reading a trend
Judge a chart over weeks, not days: one heavy or light session moves a single point, while a direction over several weeks is progress. Sessions where you took a set to failure count only the reps you completed (see Log exercises), so a chart will not inflate when you push a set too far.
Common questions
Why is a line missing from the Big 3 chart?
Each line needs at least one logged set of that lift: bench press, back squat or deadlift. Log one and it appears.
Is the estimated one-rep max a real max?
No. It is an estimate from a set of several reps, a fitness estimate and not a measured max.
Where are my nutrition and weight charts?
In the Nutrition and Weight areas of My Performance; see Read your day, week and history and Track body check-ins.
