Recorded in the real app with a fictional member and sample food, water, workout and weight records. Targets, burn, balance and projections are fitness estimates for adults 18 and over, not medical or dietary advice. Nutrient detail depends on the foods logged.

Follow Maya through a day of nutrition logging, with short slides introducing each area. Search and portion a food, edit the entry, save and reuse a meal, add water and review nutrients. Then open My Performance to compare weekly calories and macros, read estimated surplus or deficit, and explore twelve weeks of sample intake and weight trends.

  1. Your day at a glance. Review today’s calories, protein, carbs, fat and water against your personal targets.
  2. Log a food. See it update. Search the food library, choose the amount you ate and add it to your day. You can edit it later.
  3. Search, portion and log. Search for a food, choose grams or a serving, then add the amount you ate.
  4. Keep the entry accurate. Edit a logged food’s amount and time. The daily totals update with your change.
  5. Make familiar meals easier. Save selected foods as a meal, then log that combination again from Add food.
  6. Save a familiar meal. Select foods from the day and save them together as a named meal.
  7. Log a saved meal. Choose your saved meal and add its foods together at the time you select.
  8. Track the details, too. Add water, review recorded nutrients and mark the day complete when everything is logged.
  9. Add water in a tap. Use the water shortcut and see your daily water total change.
  10. Look beyond the macros. Review nutrients recorded for the day. Availability depends on the foods logged.
  11. Finish the day’s log. Mark the day complete when everything is logged. You can still edit it afterwards.
  12. See how the week adds up. Compare daily calories and macros with targets, then review the estimated surplus or deficit.
  13. Calories and macros across the week. Compare daily targets with what was consumed, or switch to what remains.
  14. Read the estimated daily balance. The weekly waterfall compares logged intake with estimated burn. Figures are estimates.
  15. Return to a day’s details. Open a day from the weekly dashboard to review the food entries behind its totals.
  16. Step back and read the pattern. Explore twelve weeks of sample calorie history alongside recorded weigh-ins.
  17. See the longer-term balance. The history dashboard summarizes estimated weekly surplus or deficit and shows a projection.
  18. Compare average intake and budget. Review average calories per logged day against the budget for each week.
  19. Put weigh-ins in context. Explore the weight trend, change its time range and view underlying values as a table.
