A workout calendar that shows your consistency.

Every day you trained is highlighted on a month view, so a pattern — or a gap — is obvious at a glance. Search across your full exercise history to find a specific lift from months back in seconds.

Exercise History on a phone: an October workout calendar with every training day marked, above session summaries with length, strength volume and the lifts done.

Feeds the boards, too

Recording streaks and session counts shown on your profile and on the desktop dashboards come from this same history.

A moving year of training on one screen

My Profile's Yearly View shows the twelve months ending this month as one square a day, for exercise, body check-ins or nutrition. Exercise days are told apart by what you trained: cardio only, strength only, or both. Zoom from 12 months to 3 months, 1 month or 7 days, and the closer you look the more each day says, from exercise counts to the names, volume and minutes of every workout.

Above the grid sit three numbers: your consistency, your current streak and your longest streak. A workout within three days keeps a day covered, so the rest days a training plan needs never read as a miss. Check-ins and food logging are judged by the week instead.

Consistency questions.

How is workout consistency calculated?

A day counts as covered when you logged a workout that day or on either of the two days before, so ordinary rest days never break it. Consistency is the share of days covered since you signed up, or over the year or range you pick.

Do rest days break my streak?

No. Your exercise streak counts consecutive covered days, and a day is covered for three days after a workout. Body check-in and nutrition streaks count weeks, not days, because both are weekly habits.

Can I find a lift I logged months ago?

Yes. Search your exercise history for any exercise you have logged and see every time you did it, with the date and top weight.
