Insights

Insights shows your clients over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The head coach can look at the whole club or one coach. You see roster tiles, how often clients log, who is slipping, who logged most recently, and who logs the most, each row opening that client. Every figure says how many clients it counts: someone who doesn't share workouts is left out of workout figures (“of 3 sharing”) rather than counted as zero. A club comparison appears only with ten workout-sharing clients and is never shown to clients. Export CSV downloads the report and Print / Save PDF opens your browser's print dialog; the report has no email, weight, age or location.

The Insights area on a phone: 7, 30 and 90 day buttons, a Whole club menu, a daily digest tick box, Export CSV and Print or Save PDF buttons, and roster tiles such as Active clients 5.
Insights: the last 7, 30 or 90 days across your clients.

Alerts and the daily digest

On a client's Overview, open Alert settings and choose Alert me when they are slipping, miss a planned workout, set a PR, log a weigh-in or are near the end of their plan. Alerts fire once each, to your bell, and only for what the client shares. In Insights, tick Email me a daily digest for one email a day. Coaching reminders for you, such as appointment reminders, follow the Coaching reminders switches in Account Management → Notifications; optional email defaults on unless you have saved an opt-out.

Your club

The head coach sets up the club in Club → Your club. The club's name, logo and colour replace the One Fitness Hub look for you, your coaches and your active clients, on your launch page and invite links, and in the app's emails to them (co-branded “{club} | One Fitness Hub”, because they come from onefitnesshub.com; billing, receipts and One Fitness Hub announcements stay One Fitness Hub). The colour is checked so text stays readable. Set the Default theme for members following the club default; members can select Club default or their own theme in Preferences. New accounts follow the club default; existing personal choices stay as they are. Choose separate dark and light versions of the Compact logo and Wide logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG; an SVG is turned into a PNG as you choose it). Your launch page shows the wide logo across the top, as the app does, and the compact logo above the welcome. Without a light upload, the dark logo is reused. The preset colours are already checked for readability; Custom colour opens the colour selector and hex entry, where an incompatible colour is refused. Add a website, an RSS feed (use Test feed to see what members will get) and an Instagram profile URL; both can show together on members' My Club page. Use One Fitness Hub default resets one logo; Use dark-theme logo clears a light override; Reset branding clears all four logos and the colour and restores the Dark default theme while keeping the name, website and feeds. Save with Save club. Legal pages, the public website and the store app's icon never change.

The Club area, Your club tab: Your club link with the address onefitnesshub.com/c/okafor-strength, Copy link and Open launch page buttons, then Club identity with Reset branding and the club name Okafor Strength.
Club: your link to share at the top, then your name, logo and colour.

Launch page and Home Screen icon

In Your club, Launch page & Home Screen gives the club its own address, such as onefitnesshub.com/c/okafor-strength. The quickest way is Create my club link: it fills in an address made from your club name that no other club uses and ticks Publish the launch page. Or type Your address yourself (3–40 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens): the line under it says Available with the whole link, or why it can't be used. Add a Home Screen name (what shows under the icon; 12 characters or fewer fit on an iPhone, and blank uses the club name) and tap Save club. Then Copy link and share it, or Open launch page to check it. Once it is published, Your club link sits at the top of the Club area on both tabs with its own Copy link: send it to anyone you coach, or to yourself to add your club to your own phone.

The address opens the same app in your club's look: your clients sign in there, and adding it to a Home Screen puts your icon and name on their phone or computer. The icon is made from your Compact logo on your brand colour (your initials if there is no logo), so change those above and the preview follows. Tick Fill the icon with my logo (no border) to drop the brand-colour border: your logo runs to the edges and its own edge colour fills any space left (a logo with a see-through background keeps your colour behind it; on Android it keeps a little room so no launcher shape cuts it off). Anyone with the address sees your club's name, logo and colour; search engines don't list it, and while it is unpublished the address says Club not found. If you change the address, the old one keeps forwarding and no other club can take it. On an iPhone the icon is set when someone adds it; after you change your logo or colour, clients add it again. Android and computers update by themselves.

Invite links work the same way: a new client opens your club's sign-up with their address filled in, and signing up joins your club at once. Each link works once, and only for the address you invited.

The Launch page and Home Screen card: the launch address okafor-strength after onefitnesshub.com/c/, the Home Screen name Okafor, Publish the launch page ticked, a preview of the icon ringed, and Copy link and Open launch page buttons.
Launch page & Home Screen: your address, the name under the icon, and the icon made from your logo.

Coaches

On Coaches the head coach invites coaches, sees each coach's client count and can Remove one: their clients move to the head coach, and clients are never deleted. A coach invitation holds a coach seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires, and you can invite a coach only into an open seat: one you bought in Membership → My club, or, for a partner club, one One Fitness Hub gave it (Coach seats from One Fitness Hub). A coach can leave by themselves with Leave club in the Coaching header; confirming hands their clients, pending invitations, routines and programs to the head coach, and their own training stays with them. Head coaches close their club from Membership.

The Club area, Coaches tab: Invite coach button, a table with Sam Okafor as head coach and Dana Kim as coach with their client counts and a Remove button, and a Coach invites waiting note.
Coaches: invite coaches, see their clients and remove a coach.

Insights on a computer

On a computer the tiles and lists sit side by side. Print / Save PDF gives a clean report.

Common questions

Who sees my club's name, logo and colour?

You, your coaches and your active clients, in the app and in its emails to them; anyone who opens your published launch page or an invite link. Legal pages, the public website and the store app's icon never change.

Can my club have its own domain or app-store app?

No. Your club's address is onefitnesshub.com/c/ and your own name, so it stays one app and one account for your clients; the store app keeps the One Fitness Hub icon.

Who can read my coach notes?

Only the coaches at your club. A client never sees them.
