Open Friends

Tap your photo (top-right) → Friends. On a computer, open My Profile and choose the Friends tab. A number on Friends counts the requests waiting for you.

The Friends screen: Find Members with a search box and an Invite button, Friend Requests with Incoming and Outgoing, and Your Friends with Connected labels and badges.
Friends: find members, answer requests, see your friends.

Find a member and add them

Under Find Members, type a name or an email address; results appear as you type. Each result shows the member's email and a button:

  • Add Friend sends a request. You can add a short note (up to 500 characters) before you tap it.
  • Requested means your request is waiting.
  • Respond in requests means they have already asked you: accept below.
  • Friends means you are already connected.

Not on One Fitness Hub yet? Type their full email address. If no account exists, the result says No account found yet and the Invite button sends them an invitation by email.

Answer or cancel a request

Under Friend Requests, Incoming lists people who asked you, with their note if they wrote one: tap Accept or Decline. Outgoing lists your own requests, each with Cancel.

Your friends

Your Friends shows each friend as Connected with the badges they have earned. On the Feed, your friends' shared posts appear under the Friends tab with a Friend label. Friends only ever see what you choose to share: your workouts and check-ins stay private until you tap Share (see Choose what goes on the feed).

Report a post, comment or member

On another member's post or comment, tap the ⋯ to open More options: Report post (or Report comment), Report user and Block user. For a report, choose a reason, add details if you like, and tap Submit report. An administrator reviews it, and you will see a message thanking you.

The More options dialog from a post: Report post, Report user and Block user.
The ⋯ on someone else’s post or comment opens More options.

Block someone

Tap Block user and confirm. You will no longer see each other's posts or comments, or be able to interact, tag, or send friend requests. A friendship and any pending requests are removed. The other person is not told. To undo it, open your photo → Blocked users and tap Unblock; unblocking does not restore a friendship, so send a new request if you want one. If they have blocked you, their block still applies.

Common questions

Does the other person know I blocked them?

No. They are not notified.

Can I see my private workouts on a friend's screen?

No. A friend sees only what you have shared. Private workouts and check-ins are visible to you alone.

My request still says Requested

It is waiting for them to answer. You can Cancel it under Friend Requests → Outgoing and send it again later.

I invited an email address but nothing happened

Invite sends them an invitation by email. Once they have an account, search for them and tap Add Friend.
