A WOD tracker for CrossFit-style training.
One Fitness Hub helps functional fitness athletes log WOD results and revisit benchmark workouts alongside their strength training. Record the workout, scoring format and Rx, Scaled or Rx+ level so you can understand your next result in context. This is an independent workout log with no official affiliation.
How to get started
Open Log a WOD
Use the + button and choose Log a WOD. Name your workout or start from a benchmark such as Fran or Cindy, then select the format: For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, Max Load or Reps.
Record the result and how you did it
Enter the finish time, rounds, reps or load for that format. Add Rx, Scaled or Rx+, the workout text and notes so the score has context. For a capped workout, record the time cap and reps completed.
Return to a benchmark and review progress
Save the WOD to your session and find it again in Exercise History. Use the same name and format on repeat attempts. Beating an earlier result for that WOD can mark a personal record; keep scaling and workout notes consistent when comparing.
Five ways a WOD is scored. All five are here.
For Time
Your finish time in minutes and seconds, or the time cap you hit and the reps you got to.
AMRAP
Rounds plus extra reps completed before the clock ran out.
EMOM
The rounds you completed, every minute on the minute.
Max Load
The heaviest load you lifted.
Reps
Total reps, for workouts scored on volume.
Rx, Scaled or Rx+
Record how you did it as written, scaled, or harder, alongside the workout text and any notes.
One session, lifts and WOD together.
Squat in the morning, Fran after work: both land in today's session, and the session's active calories go straight into the day's nutrition budget. Share it and the feed shows the whole day, score line and workout text included.
- Routines hold the whole day: lifts, cardio and WODs, in order, even a WOD on its own
- Private until you share it, like every session
- Entered by hand, so the score is always yours
A WOD is kept apart from your strength numbers. It never changes an estimated one-rep max, a 1000+ total or a Challenge board, so a heavy metcon can't move your standing either way. The one place it counts is your nutrition budget, where its calories are credited like any other workout.
Common questions
Can I use this as a benchmark workout tracker?
Yes. Start from a benchmark such as Fran or Cindy, or name your own WOD. Keep the name and format consistent when you repeat it so earlier results and personal records refer to the same workout.
Which WOD scoring formats are supported?
For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, Max Load and Reps. Results also carry Rx, Scaled or Rx+, and the workout text and notes stay with the score.
Do WOD results count toward lifting records or boards?
No. WODs do not change an estimated one-rep max, a 1000+ total or a Challenge board. Their estimated active calories do count toward the day's nutrition budget.
Is One Fitness Hub an independent workout tracker?
Yes. One Fitness Hub is an independent fitness tracker. It logs functional fitness workouts entered by you; it does not claim an official endorsement or affiliation.
