Personal training software that follows your client home.
Build the program, put the sessions on a calendar and see the training, food and weight each client chooses to share, in the same app they log with.
For adults 18 and over. Clients join by invitation and decide what their coach can see.
From a spreadsheet to a plan in the client’s pocket.
Bring your programs in
Import routines and programs from a spreadsheet in the documented Program CSV format; each import sheet offers a sample template to download, and you can export the same way. Prefer to start fresh? Build routines and programs in the app.
Assign it from a start date
Set the sets, rep ranges, load, rest and cues for each exercise. A program arranges routines day by day for up to three months, with rest days where you want them. Your client gets their own copy marked From Coach.
Follow what they log
Review the workout history, consistency, nutrition, weight and measurements each client shares, with training volume and strength trends beside the plan.
Stay in touch
Keep a private conversation with each client, beside the plan, with unread counts and a Read status under your own messages.
What a personal trainer gets.
Routines and programs
Strength exercises, cardio and WODs in one routine. Duplicate a week, reuse it across later weeks and review programs by client.
A schedule that nudges gently
Planned workouts and appointments are separate items on the calendar. A client is reminded about an appointment 30 minutes before by default (you can change it or turn it off), and nudged if a planned workout is not logged two hours after its time.
Client alerts
Choose alerts for missed workouts, PRs or a plan ending, so the roster tells you who needs a message.
Logging for a client who allows it
If a client opts in, you can log strength and cardio entries for them. They show a Coach logged mark, and the client can turn the permission off at any time.
Group classes
Save class plans with exercises, rounds and work and rest intervals, then run a full-screen timer with sound cues and your club’s name and colour.
Nutrition recommendations
Send calorie and macro targets beside the client’s shared food history. See how nutrition coaching works.
What your clients see.
Accept your invitation
They review who is inviting them and choose what to share. Accepting brings them into your club, with its name, logo and colour in the app.
Open today’s workout
Today in My Program shows the assigned routine, the target for each exercise and a place to log every set in Workouts.
Keep the conversation going
They message you, review any nutrition recommendation and change their sharing choices whenever they need to.
Clients decide what is shared.
Nothing is shared until a client ticks it. On the invitation the client chooses whether to share workouts, nutrition, weight, body measurements and progress photos, and can change any choice later in My Program’s Privacy section. Peptide logs are never offered.
You and the club’s head coach can review only the kinds of data the client shares, and sharing with a coach does not publish it to the community feed. Clients can leave coaching and keep their history and assigned routine copies.
Open your club and invite your first client.
Open a club
In the app, go to My Profile, then Account Management, then Membership, and choose Open a club. Name it and confirm on Stripe’s secure page. You become the head coach.
Invite your first clients
Your first club starts as you and up to 2 clients for its first 30 days. Invite clients by email from Clients; each one reviews what to share before accepting.
Grow the team
Once the club’s plan is under way, invite other coaches from Club. Each coach can have up to 20 clients.

Common questions
What can a personal trainer do in One Fitness Hub?
Build routines and programs of up to three months, assign them from a start date, schedule workouts and appointments, review the progress each client chooses to share, and message clients. Clients log their sets, food and weight in the same app.
Can I import the programs I already have?
Yes. Routines and programs import from a spreadsheet in the documented Program CSV format. Each import sheet offers a sample template to download, and the same data exports back out.
How many clients can a coach have?
Each coach, the head coach included, can have up to 20 clients. Invitations waiting for an answer hold a place. In a club’s first 30 days it is the head coach alone, with up to 2 clients.
Do my clients need their own account?
Yes. Clients join through an invitation from their coach, review what to share and accept. Coaching is for adults 18 and over.
What can I see about a client?
Only what the client shares. Nothing is shared until the client ticks it, and private data reads Not shared. Peptide logs are never shared with coaches.
Are the calorie and macro targets medical advice?
No. Targets are fitness estimates for adults 18 and over, not medical or dietary advice. A client chooses whether to use a recommendation or keep their own targets.
