One Fitness Hub One Fitness Hub

Lose weight and keep your strength, with one record.

Log food, weight, measurements and workouts in one place, see the weekly picture instead of one bad day, and know which numbers are estimates.

For adults 18 and over. Estimates only, not medical or dietary advice.

One record for the things that move your weight.

Food

Log by barcode, nutrition label or food library, save meals and build recipes. Set a calorie and macro target from your own numbers, and see each day against it. Nutrition tracking

Weight and body

Weigh in, add measurements and an estimated body fat percentage, and compare progress photos by date and angle. A trend weight smooths the daily noise. Body tracking

Strength

Keep your lifts in the same app and watch estimated one-rep max and volume while you eat less. Workout logging

The weekly view

Week view adds each day’s surplus or deficit into a running total, beside your trend weight. A calorie deficit is a week, not a day

Accountability

Opt in to the Weight Loss leaderboard, ranked by pounds of body weight lost, or share sessions with friends on the feed. Weight Loss leaderboard

A private shot log

If you take a prescribed GLP-1 or peptide, keep a private record of shots, doses and vials. It never recommends doses. Peptide and GLP-1 tracker

Built by someone who lost the weight this way.

David Bechara started with fewer than 3,000 steps a day, walked 10,000 steps a day before changing what he ate, then lost 100 pounds by tracking his food and workouts. He built One Fitness Hub to keep that record in one place. Read Before I lost weight, I had to stop gaining it and more about the founder.

His posts are first-hand experience and general fitness information, not medical or dietary advice.

Common questions

How many calories should I eat to lose weight?

It depends on your size, activity and pace. The calorie calculator estimates maintenance by the formula you pick and shows a pace table. These are fitness estimates for adults 18 and over, not medical or dietary advice.

Should I keep lifting while I lose weight?

Many people do, because strength training signals the body to keep muscle while eating less. Logging your lifts shows whether your strength holds. Progressive overload while losing weight explains the idea.

Is a calorie target a pass or fail each day?

No. A deficit is a total across a week, so one day over is a number in that total, not a failure. Nutrition’s Week view adds the days up.

How does the Weight Loss leaderboard work?

It ranks members by pounds of body weight lost over 30 days and 365 days, most first. Percentage only breaks pound ties. Leaderboards are opt-in, and a member who has not joined is not ranked.

Does One Fitness Hub work with GLP-1 medication?

It has a private shot and dose log for adults who take a prescribed peptide or GLP-1 medication. It records and reminds; it never recommends doses. Talk to your prescriber about your plan.

Where do the numbers come from?

Targets, BMR, body fat and BMI are estimates built from the formulas shown. They are not medical measurements, and under-18 visitors see no numbers.
