One app for your members, your coaches and your classes.
Give members their workouts, food and body progress in one place, under your club’s name, logo and colour. In One Fitness Hub a gym, studio or training business is a club.
For adults 18 and over. Members join by invitation and decide what their coaches can see.
Your club’s name, logo and colour, in the app.
Club branding
The head coach sets the club’s name, logo and colour. Coaches and clients see them in the app, in the sidebar and in sign-in and invitation screens.
A launch page for your members
Publish a link of the form onefitnesshub.com/c/your-address, or leave it unpublished. It opens the same app, so sign-in, push notifications and data are the same as anywhere else.
Your icon on the Home Screen
Members can add the web app to a phone or desktop Home Screen under the club’s name and icon. The icon of the app from the store stays One Fitness Hub’s.
Emails that carry your name
Coaching and reminder emails carry your club’s name beside One Fitness Hub’s. Billing, receipts and platform announcements stay One Fitness Hub’s.
Invite links that join the club
A coach’s invite link adds a new member to the club when they sign up with the invited email address. An existing member signs in and reviews the invitation.
One app for everything members log
Strength training, cardio, CrossFit-style WODs, food and recipes, water, fasting and body check-ins, with analytics. Nothing for members to stitch together.
Run it with a coaching team.
Head coach
Runs the club: its name, logo and colour, the coaching team and every client. A head coach is also a coach, with their own clients.
Coaches
Added by the head coach. A coach sees and coaches only their own clients and has no club management. Clients can be moved to another coach at any time.
Programs and routines
Build them once, share them within the club’s library and name the coaches who can edit them. Import and export with the Program CSV format.
Group classes
Save a class with exercises, rounds and work and rest intervals, then run a full-screen timer with sound cues under your club’s branding.
Reminders for coach and client
Appointment reminders for both sides, a nudge when a planned workout is not logged, and a no-food-logged reminder for clients following accepted nutrition targets.
Members decide what coaches see
Nothing is shared until a member ticks it. Coaches and the head coach review only what a member shares.
Open a club in a day.

Common questions
Is One Fitness Hub gym management software?
No. It is a training, nutrition and coaching app for a club’s coaches and members. It does not run door access or collect your members’ dues.
Why does the app say club instead of gym?
In One Fitness Hub a gym, studio, boxing club or independent training business is a club. A club has a head coach, coaches and clients, a name, a logo and a colour.
Can members open the app under my gym’s name?
Yes. A club can publish a launch page at onefitnesshub.com/c/ followed by its address. The page and the web app added to a phone’s Home Screen show the club’s name, logo and colour. The launch page is published only if you choose to, and it is hidden from search engines.
Do members have to join leaderboards?
No. Leaderboards are opt-in, and a member who has not joined is not ranked. A member’s food log is never shared to the community feed.
How many coaches and clients can a club have?
Each coach, the head coach included, can have up to 20 clients. A club’s first 30 days are the head coach alone, with up to 2 clients. The head coach adds coaches once the club’s plan is under way.
What happens to members if the club’s plan ends?
The club is disabled, not deleted. Clients return to their own plans and keep their training history. The head coach can reopen the club and its clients come back.
